I seriously can’t say enough good things about the Winter Park location of Windermere Medical Spa & Laser Institute. Everyone there is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely amazing at what they do. You can tell they love what they do, and they really take the time to make you feel cared for and confident. I ended up switching over from my Hand & Stone membership because I got hooked on the Beauty Bank on Repeat membership—and honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve made for my skin. It’s such a good deal for the quality of services you get. The facials are next-level, the whole vibe is super luxe, and I’m actually excited to go in every month. Truly obsessed. I don’t think I could go anywhere else now.

Bianca is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about skin, takes the time to understand your concerns, and always customizes her services to exactly what your skin needs. Her space is clean, calming, and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I recently had the most incredible treatment! I went in knowing I wanted something to tighten my face and neck and decided to do sofwave. NP Jackson explained everything in depth and was very knowledgeable about all the services. So glad I did it! My face and neck already look tighter!! The office is stunning and so clean. The whole team Adrianna, Lucas, Bianca, and Kyra are all the sweetest and so helpful. Can't wait until my next appointment!
