Stephanie was awesome. This was my first visit. She made me feel at ease and welcome. She explained everything so I was prepared for what to expect. Great experience. Will definitely return!

The place is clean and all the equipment looks and feels modern but something was off. I've done cryo many times at various locations so you could say I know what " cold " feels like. This chamber wasn't it. It fogged up so I couldn't really see what was happening outside through the glass door but right before the session started I poked my head out. One of the staff, Trista I believe, was standing right by the temperature control. Maybe she messed with the thermostat. Either way I don't recommend and won't be going back.
