Dr Mary Luther was a wonderful mentor and coach during my weight loss journey. Very informative as to diet - the do's and don'ts. Also, the effect of the vitamins and appetite control supplements. In order to be successful you need to commit to what she is telling you and follow it. Weekly weigh-ins, progress reports really help. She's also a cheerleader. It's nice to know when you are having successes, it's motivating. My goal was to lose 40 lbs. I did it in approximately 3 months. Do you fluctuate once in a while, yes. You have weddings or functions you need to go to and you cheat a little bit because you might not have the food on your diet available. You learn to adjust and get those 2 lbs. you gained over the weekend off in no time. Anyone wanting to lose weight methodically, safe and in a timely manner, make an appointment with Dr Mary Luther.

Dr. Mary is awesome! I have lost 20 lbs. since working with her in March of this year. She teaches you what to eat, portion sizes and every couple of weeks met with me to review my progress. The app keeps you accountable. Her assistant Ashley is great!
