Laurie Marzell, ND

Dr. Marzell has been treating me for over 12 years and, most importantly, she listens well and takes as much time during each appointment as needed. She gives menopausal care which is her specialty but I also found her very helpful for a persistent allergy when the top OHSU MD wasn't. I also follow her recommendation to get B-12 shots which help with mood and energy. Since supplementing with lots of vitamin D, I very rarely have a cold or flu. She's my primary care physician and the best doctor I've had.

Recommended a B-12 shot without testing my B-12 levels. Had an allergic reaction from the shot every time and kept telling me “we’ve never seen this, it must be you injecting wrong”… confirmed allergy by my dermatologist. Multiple things wrong with this practice. Constantly pushing vitamins when levels aren’t checked. Do yourself a favor and see a real MD.

Dr. Marzell is not only a wonderful person, but she is a very compassionate doctor. She was understanding of my health concerns and has put me on a natural regimen to aid my body in its innate healing process. So many doctors out there treat you like a 'number,' it was refreshing to see a doctor so passionate about her craft and her patient. I would recommend anyone to her, she's wonderful.
