My family is so grateful for BioMed! Dr. Ng & Dr. Feagan have been key in our health journey, from resolving long cv to reviving us during a bad stomach virus to maintaining optimal health. Their treatments are unique in the area, and they have access to great supplements. I genuinely feel cared for at BioMed!

While Dr. Feagan might be a great naturopath with a kind a personable demeanor, I trusted she knew what she was doing when it came to microneedling. But unlike a typical ND consult, she didn't do much of an intake and examination of my skin and health history (it was mainly online). Obviously not dermatologist-level training. At the appointment she didn't cleanse my face prior to application. She used the same needle depth all over (only adjusting according to my tolerance), not considering different areas with different issues that require different depths. Did not use hyaluronic acid serum, only whatever came in the SkinPen box (which is a mystery as to what it is), and no calming balm, just the pre-procedure numbing cream. She also doesn't do neck unless requested? Neck is usually included and necessary for most who are seeking MN. My skin has ever since been more irritated, though I followed all post-procedure care. Definitely would not recommend for MN.

I have been on a holistic journey for quite awhile but I finally found the missing piece to my health puzzle. Dr. Ng and all the doctors are amazing, knowledgeable and their protocols make sense.
