MODERN WELLNESS CLINIC

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I was so excited when I found this clinic and made the decision to have Dr. Webb as my primary physician. Initial lists were all handled well and the nurses are superb. Doctor was friendly and everything was going well. Got my medication (2-month supply) and had to take a blood test to ensure everything was as it should be (almost $500, but I thought it was a one-time deal, so just paid it). Called in and left voicemail to let them know I needed a refill on my prescription and received a call back explaining that I needed another blood test. I asked why and they said that it is required (it is not. I have had this medication while living in CA for the past 14 years and have not had to do blood tests, once the dosage is established). I asked if a blood test is required every time I refill and was told yes. (so essentially they are making me do a $500 blood test every 60 days, for a medication that costs $90!!!) I asked to please speak to the doctor (my Primary Physician) and was told that he was with patients (fair), so I asked him to call me when he was free. 3 DAYS LATER AND NO CALL. So, I messaged them and asked for the Dr to please call me. As of today, still no call and I am just done with their lack of communication, explanation or allowing any access to the one person I am paying for expert medical attention. I am so disappointed with the service at Modern Wellness. It started so well, but just completely disintegrated, when controlled by their dreadful front desk staff, who have no idea about patient care or customer service. UPDATE (10/20 @ 1.20PM): Received a call from Rob in the clinic who was extremely apologetic and explained the training they are doing with the front desk staff and how they are new etc. Does not change my experience, but hopefully will make a difference in the future, if those individuals are taught some customer service and actually allow patients to reach their primary physician. I hope they get it figured out, as the Doctor is great.

My first time here, came from out of town and got my motor and other female services done. I really love the staff and all the great services they offer. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and try it for yourself. Great customer service!

This practice is absolutely amazing. Sharon Del Rosario goes above and beyond the call of duty when caring for her patients. I have been seeing Sharon at Modern Wellness Clinic for over a year and the entire staff is amazing. Provider Webb is also great! His vast knowledge and experience shines through when treating his patients. The medical assistants are caring and efficient and I love that they draw blood on-site. It makes it fun and effective a one stop for all medical needs.
