Absolutely amazing!!! The staff here truly understand what their doing & how to make a patient feel welcome. I had an extremely bad lower lumbar issue that has been resolved by only one injection. 100% improvement from what looked like a very painful future. Thank you soooo much to everyone involved with Axis & your support through this. I have my life back.

Bryn and Kay saved me. From the first contact with the office, I felt heard and understood. The complementary consultation was thorough and informative. I tore my meniscus which should have been a simple heal and recovery with a rehab program. Instead other health institutions sent me down the gamut of treatment plans including surgery. I was struggling with pain and physical limitations for 2 years. Initially not even understanding what was causing the pain; a misdiagnose and poor treatment plan. I knew surgery was not the answer but none of the other providers would even listen and give me other options. They did not understand who I was as an athlete. Bryn and Axis Stem Cell Institue got me back on my feet and working towards the activities I love. My suggestion is if you are on the fence about stem cells and other regenerative treatments, you owe it to yourself to at least set up a consultation. My only regret is that I didn't go to Axis sooner. Bryn understood me immediately. We left no stone unturned. Be patient. Follow the dietary restrictions, they are only guidelines and not forever. I haven't had dairy since December. Keep in mind that health insurance is not designed to help you heal. It is a money making institution to help prevent you from loosing your home in the face of a catastrophic health event. My money was well spent at Axis. If I need a tune up in the next 5-10 years I will happily spend the money all over again. I traveled from Eastern Washington to the Seattle area to get treatment. I'll travel even further if necessary to see Bryn. Thank you again for the compassionate, loving care.

I cannot say enough good things about the Axis team. They were extremely welcoming, and Bryn was very knowledgeable on any questions I had about the process. I got treated for a significant torn quad muscle using a combo of peptides and stem cells, and I have made great progress towards getting back to the activities I love. I had 3 different orthopedic surgeons tell me there was nothing I could do, that they would not operate on me, and that I just need to leave it alone. Alternative medicine is my first stop at this point for any health issues. What sets Axis aside from the multitude of doctors I have visited is their effort beyond the procedure to show that you aren't just a number to them. Bryn's willingness to answer questions and concerns through a quick text or email whenever one popped into my head, and her effort to quickly respond with thoughtful answers truly made me feel like she cared about my health and wellbeing, and was invested in the results of my procedure. Any doctor can poke you with needles and send you on your way. Very few healthcare providers take that extra step to prove you're not just a dollar sign to them. If I won the lottery tomorrow, Axis would be my first stop and I'd order one of everything off the menu for every friend and family member.
