I went to Dr. Alexis for both cranial sacral therapy and help with fixing my skin. I was frustrated with constant breakouts and she helped me get to the bottom of my gut and hormonal issues. She also has an insanely magical touch that makes her cranial sacral appointments so calming. I’ve seen a huge shift in my face and jaw structure and had less period cramps since doing CST with her. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Alexis enough. She’s also just a truly genuine and kind person and in today’s world, that goes a long way.

I had the pleasure of starting care from Dr. Alexis when she was at the end of her intern journey of treating in the student clinic at Bastyr College. I felt incredibly empowered and inspired by her and left my first session on cloud 9. She paid attention to every word I said and took my case very seriously. Dr. Alexis is incredibly knowledgeable about numerous different health concerns and has a plethora of techniques to treat her patients. Every time I bring up a new concern, she is able to thoughtfully and effectively address it in a short period of time. I haven’t encountered a naturopath quite as versatile and knowledgeable as she is. Her bedside manner is lovely as well!
