I have been going to Options about six weeks and all the staff are great. From my first visit with Quinton to all follow up visits have been awesome. The team really cares about the goals you have set for yourself and will help you with reaching those goals. I have been a patient at both the Novi and Rochester Hills clinics. The staff at both locations have always been friendly and professional. The facilities are beautiful inside and very welcoming and well maintained. It is clear they take pride in making clients feel comfortable and take my concerns and questions seriously. I have even referred my friends and family. Kelsey, at the Rochester location, was extremely friendly and listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable with starting a GLP-1 for the first time.
