I started seeing Shelley in January and was feeling helpless & exhausted where I was in life. Shelley helped devise a plan specific for me and my needs because one plan does not work for us all. Here we are 6 months later and I have met my goal! She helped to keep me accountable in the kindest way possible, which is something we could all use a dose of to stay on track! I chose the right care by coming here and will always feel confident knowing I'll get the results I'm looking for by coming to Nugenesis! Umbreen is also a doll- she does little things to help make sure I'm comfortable and is so accomodating to my chaotic work/travel schedule. So thankful for these wonderful ladies 🙏

Terri takes such care in explaining the process of her treatment plan with in-depth knowledge about patient health conditions. Her staff is so friendly, her office is clean, calming and relaxing. She also responds quickly to patient concerns on her patient portal.

It has taken me far too long before writing a review for Shelly and her team. I was looking for a conscientious, service-oriented, detailed professional that would be available for my questions, who would inform and support me as I investigated GLP options. I got more than I expected with sensational Shelly and Umbreen, her wonderful assistant. Counseling and support were /are excellent. The office is my preferred blend of professional and relatable. From August to today I lost approximately 56 pounds (a number I can hardly believe myself). Since I started with Shelly in August 2024, and I have started hormone treatment that has been game-changing. I was careful and still “do the work,” but the difference is the personal treatment at Nugenesis. I had one episode of nausea, and a solution was immediately provided. In other words, the suffering experienced by so many folks on GLPs was attended to and solved in my particular case. I know several people going to physician’s offices (which is absolutely what I would normally do) but I have been disappointed with the astounding lack of information and responsiveness from the doctors my friends have as partners.
