Total Men's Primary Care - Tech Ridge

I recently visited Total Men’s primary Care for some much-needed wellness support, and I can’t recommend this place enough Jasmin up front was all smiles and had me checked in fast highly enough. From the moment I walked in, their welcoming energy put me at ease Kenja(nurse) thorough consultation was spot-on; she listened to my concerns, explained everything in simple terms , and then I was good to go. Solid team, solid visit!

To call my experience at the Tech Ridge location disappointing would be far too kind. Every call felt like an inconvenience to the staff — cold greetings, rushed tones, as if helping me was a chore they resented. After the initial labs, they ordered more without clear explanation, dragged me in for a so-called "lab review," stuck me twice more — and then had the receptionist deliver the results like it was some casual errand. No provider insight, no real conversation, just numbers on a page and a dismissive shrug. My labs? “Normal.” Barely. Still no answers, no effort, no accountability. Just silence where care should have been. If you’re looking for compassion, clarity, or actual medical support — look elsewhere. Here, you’re not a patient. You’re a billing code. A number. Maybe the down payment on someone’s lake house. This place is a masterclass in wasted time, money, and patience. Patient beware! It would also appear after reading though their reviews, that they only respond to the 5 star reviews on here.

Jasmine, who works at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and hostile. Everyone else is fine, but she needs to be fired. I believe she was also the person who I scheduled my appointment on the phone with. She was rude, unfriendly, and difficult to talk to then as well.
