I am completely comfortable and feel welcome and not judged by anyone here. I highly recommend using this if you're struggling they will guide you even if you don't know where to start. Plus,I love my Dr we get along very well.

The provider Desma was amazing. Very knowledgeable, explained everything and was helpful answering any questions I had. The reason I gave 4/5 stars was because the text message links being sent to me and the email links to log into my scheduled appt or to fill out any extra documents they're requesting - I get a notification when it tries to load that the link or site isn't reachable. So they all don't work. If I goto klinic app I can find it all there though so that's how I've got through the problem. Also, the 2nd reminder about my appt today said it started in 5minutes and I was already on the video speaking with the provider Desma. my appt started at 12pm and that was sent to me at like 1203pm so in 5 minutes would've been after my scheduled start time. A few things that are clearly on the technical side of things glitching or whatever the case may be. Everyone I've spoken to or dealt with has been amazing and so helpful though. I'd suggest Klinic Care to anyone needing this type of help/care. Thanks! (the photo is what I get anytime I click one of the links sent to me and it isn't my internet connection, everything works as it should, so I'm not sure what's going on. I have nothing but positive things to say about Klinic. The virtual doctor appointments are very convenient & don't consume alot of time. My medication refills are always put in on time. I never or had a problem with them. It also helps that you have the same doctor everytime.
