I’ll admit—going to the doctor has never been my favorite thing to do. But from the moment Dr. Colleen greeted me and brought me back to the room, I felt calm and at ease. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate me, answer all of my questions, and create a thoughtful plan moving forward. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cares. I was referred to her by friends who said she really listens—and they were absolutely right. Dr. Colleen is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. I’m so glad I found her and feel confident knowing I now have a PCP who I trust and feel comfortable with.

Nothing short of a perfect 1st appointment. It was certainly not your average appointment due to my son at the last minute having to join me who is also Autistic which made it kinda difficult to have a 1 on 1 conversation as I'm sure the parents of children on the spectrum know. She never once got frustrated at him or how loud his tablet may have been or about him being restless. She had her full attention on me and wasn't distracted which I find hard to do even with myself. I'm super excited to have her care for me until she can't anymore. Amazing receptionists, like top notch. They were also so patient and kind and we were like 2 minutes late ( coming from Salem) I was afraid I would have to reschedule, but thankfully I was still able to see my doctor. They had great personalities and completely understood that I was a single mama doing it alone. No judgment just very pleasant conversation when I entered and when I left. I have been challenged with complex health and disabilities for around 20 years. I have had my fair share of medical gaslighting and doctors who are not knowledgeable about many of my conditions. I have hEDS and with this comes a long list of issues plus severe spinal conditions. I had learned not to expect much with new providers. I had been really struggling, suffering with under care for many years. Losing hope. I am happy to say (2 years with NWIM now) Dr Meaghan's attention to care, sharp intellect, compassion, empathy and passion for her work has improved my life and health. If only we had more like her! I am grateful to be her patient and respect her and her knowledge. I am also working with Dr Jennifer with thyroid issues and weight and she is lovely and very thorough. The front desk is also wonderful and responsive, personal and on top of things. My young adult children also see Dr M. Managing serious complex health conditions (some with no cures) scares many doctors in Oregon sadly and can make one feel like they are not worth it. Dr M strives to treat each person individually, you can tell she truly cares and makes one feel worthy of the time and attention to ones health. I am very grateful to have found this clinic.
