I have been going to PrimeHealthMD for only a month and a half and I have already lost 20 pounds!!! There is so much to love about this place. The providers are knowledgeable about nutrition and overall health, inquisitive about how I’m feeling, and honest in their recommendations. I have never once felt like they were just trying to get me to buy stuff for the heck of it. Every recommendation has a purpose. I also LOVE the InBody scale and app so I can see exactly how much fat I’m losing and where, and to look back at my history. I love being able to consult with a professional weekly; it makes me feel safe and heard. They check in on my hydration, protein intake, energy levels, and more to make sure the weight loss is done in a healthy way. Everything is explained well to make sure I understand my health. As a woman with PCOS, I have struggled with stubborn weight gain and fluctuations as long as I can remember.
