I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Angie and the Foundations INSIGHT program! I’ve never seen a functional doctor and was so impressed with her knowledge and the time she took to explain human systems and how chaos occurs in our bodies. Through a data driven approach (bloodwork, supplements, breath work, sleep, diet, etc) we worked together to hone in on the issues that were coming up for me and actually FIX them. She had ANSWERS. She didn’t just prescribe me drugs blindly like so many conventional doctors do these days. I felt cared for and understood. I’m so thankful to have found Dr Angie.
