Poor follow-up and questionable billing practices. I had a positive initial experience with Dr. Nazarian, which is why I returned for a second telehealth consultation last year. I paid $250 upfront to ask a simple question about semaglutide dosing, something staff told me could only be answered by the doctor. On the day of the appointment, I was told Dr. Nazarian was unavailable. The visit never happened, and no one followed up to reschedule or offer a refund. I picked up the bottle anyway, and the included pamphlet answered all my questions. I ended up forgetting about it—life got busy, and it honestly slipped my mind. But for a medical practice, it shouldn’t have. They should have accurate records and accountability, especially when services were never provided. Fast forward to this year: my husband decided to start semaglutide, and I remembered the $250 I had already paid for a consult that never happened. I sent two emails with no response. After two calls, I finally got through. I was told the payment could only be applied to my future visit, not his—even though I clearly communicated I no longer needed one. Even more concerning, the receptionist mentioned there were notes saying I had been seen. I’m not sure if that meant it was officially documented as completed, but if so that’s deeply problematic. I never received a call. I never spoke with Dr. Nazarian. The appointment did not happen. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand that private clinics operate as businesses. But charging $250 for a visit that never occurred, failing to follow up, refusing to refund, and potentially misrepresenting a visit in documentation isn’t just unacceptable—it’s unethical. Practices like this erode patient trust, and I can’t in good conscience recommend this clinic.

I have never written a review on line but after my second great experience here I felt the need to. Twice in the past six months I have traveled internationally and needed to produce a negative PCR test within 48 hours of arrival. This is hard to do with long flights. My concierge has been nothing but great. Reliable, professional, and extremely willing to help each time. They make it easy and are very thorough with their instructions. The testing is also a very easy and comfortable process with the staff. The best part is I have called and emailed several times with questions and concerns. They always pick up the phone or return emails very quickly which is unbelievable considering how busy they are. Everyone I have been in contact with is more than willing to help in any way. I have to especially thank Abigail who has really helped me out both times. This place is defy first in class and I would and have recommended to many

Had to get tested for COVID-19 before my flight — amazing process from start to finish. Was lucky and got my results in 12 hours. Dr. Nazarian and his team (including Melissa, Sarah and Luis) were incredibly helpful, working around the clock to get me the documents my airline was asking for (and they were not easy to procure). Was it a little pricey at $225? Sure. But if you're in a hurry, the excellent service at this clinic is absolutely worth it. Can't recommend them enough.
