I am new to the Beale Weight Loss Clinic family but I really love my experience. I actually enjoy coming into the office because everyone is so pleasant and has a smile on their face. I actually feel welcomed when I walk in that office. When I have questions someone from the office or Lisa Beale calls me right back. She has even called to check on me and see how I am doing on the program. I also love Dr. Brills, I had an insurance issue and he stepped in and reassured me that it would be Ok and the office staff did the same thing. When my insurance issue was resolved, the staff celebrated with me. Thank you for a phenomenal group of people who are perfect for this job. I have worked in healthcare and with patients and it’s not easy. So I applaud great service when I see it and receive it. Thanks again.

I admit. I was a skeptic. Lisa called me, reassured me of her trustworthiness, and I've not looked back since. I am 3 weeks in, 2 pounds shy of 15lb lost, and I feel amazing. My initial consult was very thorough with Dr. Brill and Lisa is delightful, communicative, and very responsive. Whenever I have food questions, medical concerns, or just need some additional advice, I can pick up the phone and call her (even after hours and on weekends)! Lisa and Dr. Brill maintain a positive attitude about your journey but are also transparent about concerns and suggestions they might have to improve your health. I would only advise you to begin this journey if you can commit to changing your eating habits, practicing self-discipline, and being proactive about your health.
