beem® Light Sauna - Edina

Oh my goodness, this place is Ah-mazing! I patronized another infrared light sauna establishment, but it doesn't compare to Beem. This establishment is really first class, customer service is the best, they have more amenities and services. I bought a membership and it's well worth the money and time! Mary seems to know everyone by first name, her personality is so bubbly and her great energy is infectious! The facility is well maintained and very clean. I enjoy the sauna as well as the red light therapy with the medical grade light bed as an occasional session. My skin feels firmer, my metabolism has increased,I sleep better, but most of all self care increases my mental well-being! Everyone should at least give it a try, you'll be hooked...I did 🙂 ~Tanetta

I just want to start off by saying that if you have ANY hesitations about trying the infrared sauna/light therapy, just GO! Try one session, and you will not regret it. Putting aside all of the health benefits that you will receive and how good you'll feel, you will also be welcomed with a smile and OUTSTANDING customer service. The owner, Mary, is very hands-on, and she is honestly incredible. Whenever I go in for a session, I always look forward to our little chats. She is very friendly and genuinely kind. That is hard to come by these days. Fair warning: You will feel so good after a session in the Infrared Light Sauna that you may become addicted and end up getting a membership. Personally, I have an unlimited membership, and I would not have it any other way. If you were thinking about it, this is your sign to go now!

Beem light sauna is the best. The facility is modern, clean, and calming, which made for a very comfortable visit. The staff was professional and took the time to explain the benefits of the therapy. After just a few sessions, I noticed significant improvements in my energy levels, overall skin appearance, and pain levels. It helps significantly to reduce my chronic back pain. It’s a great way to relax and recharge, while recovering excellent benefits for your health. Promise you will sleep AMAZING after a sauna and red light session! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their wellness!
