The nurses are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring, which makes a huge difference. I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Plus, their monthly IV deal for only $79 is such a great value! Highly recommend if you're looking for quality care in a welcoming environment.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. I've been going here for a little over a month and it has quickly and easily become my favorite way to unwind and recovery after a long day. My knee and muscle pains have started to get better with the cryotherapy and the infrared sauna. The staff is an absolute delight, the space is clean, and its always so warm and welcoming. Sometimes the parking can be an issue, but the hassle is worth it.

First time here and tried the IF red sauna. The place is nice and staff is friendly. The sauna room is clean and private. I noticed they have a lot of other services I’d like to check out such as red light therapy, cryo and IV therapies. The only issue was that I was not prepared and didn’t realize that 30 min for a first IF red sauna was a long time! Start slow!
