Amy has such a healing energy and touch! I felt so nurtured and nourished while receiving body work. Such a great full body massage and much needed stretch sesh. I also appreciated that she didn’t talk during our session, except for short and sweet responses to some questions and curiosities I posed throughout. This allowed me to really deepen into relaxation, surrender to the silence, and receive. Plus the dark room, cozy mat, and ambiance felt like a nice little womb space to facilitate my rest. By the end, I started to drift away into another realm. Thank you Amy! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼

I'm a martial artist who does both striking and grappling disciplines. This means my whole body can get sore. Especially my hips, back, and shoulders. Amy's unique blend of techniques has been so beneficial in keeping me moving as well as reducing stress. I would describe it as a gentle rocking assisted stretch while your muscles are being kneaded. I highly recommend it!
