Such a helpful company postpartum! Leah has been amazing in guiding me to a healthy plan after having my baby and then needing emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. It was challenging to figure out an eating plan that fit my goals but Leah made it easy and less intimidating. Highly recommend for anyone feeling lost and defeated with their health goals. I came to Vanessa Lara at TNT Nutrition an anxious mess postpartum, trying to make sense of a body I no longer felt in tune with. From day one, Vanessa has been compassionate, graceful, reassuring, and so patient. She’s always responsive and you can tell she truly cares and wants the best for you in every interaction. While I’ve lost weight, that was never my main focus—the real heaviness came from the mental load I was carrying. Dr. Vanessa taught me how deeply the gut and brain are connected and how nutrition plays a direct role in supporting overall health and mental clarity. After working with her for several sessions, I feel like a completely new person. My relationship with food has changed drastically, I understand my body’s cues more, and I feel calmer, clearer, and more present. If I could leave 20 stars, I would—five just isn’t enough!

I found this place through my insurance at the beginning of the year. I have been meeting with my nutritionist Vanessa and I have to say that she is amazing. When I first met with her I was at about 250 and now I am at 243. She has helped me so much on this journey and I am forever grateful. She has made me feel so comfortable, confident and proud of myself. When I talk to her it’s like talking to a close friend that I’ve known for years. If you are looking for a place or someone definitely give TNT a shot, the staff is amazing and definitely make sure to book an appointment with Vanessa.
