Total Men's Primary Care - Plano Willow Bend

Once again found myself in Dallas in need of some medical attention that wasn’t emergent, but also needed the perspective of men’s medicine. Total Men’s Primary Care was the ideal fit. I got an appointment same day, within an hour of what I needed. The office is spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Runeka, the practitioner, is excellent. Thoughtful and a good listener, she puts you at ease in discussing care options. I was really impressed with how they handled my transition to another center. When I hit there, the staff had been apprised of some of my extenuating circumstances that made all the difference in what I needed. I was very impressed with the Total Men’s. Kind, caring and complete pros at what they do.

I had a great experience at this location. I was able to get right in, the staff was very helpful, informative and very friendly. In fact, they even came out to the car and spoke with me. The office and rooms were very clean. Our office is close to this location and I recommended it to all the staff for their needs. Their COVID testing was easy and I received super fast results via text and email. Highly recommend this business and this office location! I felt safe and comfortable during the entire visit. 5 stars!

I went to this location for a rapid COVID test. Their appointment system makes it so easy and convenient, you can fill out your medical forms in advance to save time and they send you your results to your phone in about 30 minutes. I literally spent less than 10 minutes there! The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely go back and recommend this clinic to my friends and family!
