This place absolutely does not care about patient outcomes. If you want additional time to talk about bloodwork it will cost you. Took 3 weeks to get a Telehealth appointment to go over labs. Billed my insurance 3X for same visit. Beware

I’ve been visiting this weight loss clinic for over two months now, and unfortunately, I’ve seen absolutely no results. Each visit has been a disappointment. The staff is consistently rude, and the doctor lacks patience or any willingness to explain the process—I often leave feeling like I’m an inconvenience just for showing up. To make matters worse, they scheduled me for an appointment today (Wednesday) at 1:30 PM. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to find the office closed at 1 PM. No call, no notice—just a complete disregard for my time. I’ve never had a positive experience at this location. I’m taking my business elsewhere—somewhere with a knowledgeable and courteous staff who actually value their clients’ time and goals. If the people here don’t like their jobs, they shouldn’t be in this line of work. And let’s be real—the only reason this place has so many good reviews is because they offer incentives in exchange for them. If you’re looking for an honest review, this is it.
