I took my 4 girlfriends to Framework one morning while on my bachelorette trip and OMG it was amazing!! We had such a good time, we felt amazing, and we've all been trying to find anything similar to what we experienced in Nashville, back in our hometowns. I wish there was a Framework near me! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a wellness morning on a bach trip or even if you just want a bit of self care in your weekly routine.

I recently attended the “sweat, shiver & socialize” experience with a friend and loved it!! The building is gorgeous & clean and the staff are so friendly! Steven checked us in and gave us a tour and then coached us through our first cold plunge! It was a challenging but rewarding experience. We stayed for the full hour going back & forth from cold plunge to sauna, and then went to the cafe upstairs for some beverages and snacks (get the protein donuts)! I slept like a baby that night after this session. I really love that this place gives the opportunity to engage in the community in a healthy environment. Can’t wait to come back!

As someone who was very nervous in the beginning to try out a cold plunges, I absolutely loved my experience. Framework has a couple of options where you can do the more public social version that has a few cold plunge options inside and also outside as well as a few saunas depending on whether you want a more social experience or a more quiet one. They have fully private options as well where you and a few friends could go and try out the combination of both the cold plunges and saunas. I really thought that I would only like the saunas, but I’ve got to say that I loved both and overall had a great time. Framework is very clean and really pays attention to that. The inside has a great peaceful feeling. It’s a great place to go for a break during the work week or a weekend. Parking was pretty easy with a free parking lot.
