Low T 99

I was a customer of this company for two years. Unfortunately, I am not any longer after experiencing Bo, one of the most unprofessional people I have come across in anything healthcare-related. (I also work in a related field) I urge everyone who is looking into TRT to look somewhere else. There are much better options available, with far less ego and attitude. This guy is obviously in this for the wrong reasons. You should not be subjected to an attitude like this when spending your money with a company. Honestly, even if you had to spend more, your money would be better spent. Vote with your dollar, and buy from a company that exemplifies good business practices. Post-Response Edit: This guy can try to say what he wants, but here are the facts. He wants to claim I used out-of-date vials, but here is a pic of what I am using(clearly not out of date) and where I was when I called about not seeing a charge come through. He charges once every 3 months. I didn't notice until month 4, when I got two uses into through the last vial that my new shipment hadn't arrived. Refill shipments generally come with a bottle left, so a few uses into the last vial when the new one hadn't arrived would be about the time most people would start to inquire deeper. (At least, in my opinion, the reader can be the judge of that.) When I called to make sure the payment information was up to date, the guy wanted to charge me $299 to change my card information because he was mad that it had changed. (due to fraud) He then continued to unravel with every sentence. After that experience, I would gladly pay more and give my money to someone who conducts themselves with professionalism and a bit of class. I would never speak to a customer as he did me, and I hope anyone who reads this doesn't have to experience that. If customer service means something to you, you are in the wrong place here. There are other options in the marketplace at the same price without the side of gouging and berating. Then to have the audacity to come on here and try to gaslight even more. Shame on you sir.

I have been a patient of T99 Tacoma for sometime now. I missed a payment because of Covid-19 and the hack to the unemployment system. When I attempted to pay they tried to charge me $400. They also changed my medicine multiple times without notifying me. Their lack of compassion for their patients is unconscionable.

The most professional and consistent staff. This place has changed my life. The Dr's expertise and care is second to none. I wouldn't change to another place even if moved. Full trust in Low T 99.
