Demi is wonderful! I have struggled with weight loss programs and feeling good in my body for years with no avail- but when I was recommended to Demi it all changed. Demi has been awesome!!! I was skeptical at first. I did 30/10 weightloss for life and came within 5-10 pounds of my goal weight only to gain most of it back. Demi's program at first sounded just like their program, however after working with her, I'm still eating real food and I'm more confident that it will be a lifestyle change vs. just a diet to loose weight. Down 45 pounds so far and able to maintain through the holidays which is saying something :)

Demi at Y&V Weight Loss Center is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable and has designed a full spectrum weight loss system that she customizes for each person. The technologies incorporated are very impressive too. Her whole system is very effective. I have already gone down two sizes and haven't even completed my 12 week program yet. Demi is also very caring and dedicated to each person's success. This is the most complete weight loss plan I have ever experienced and with the best and easiest for results. Highly recommended!
