Ideal Protein changed my life! I lost 45 lbs and feel great! I was never hungry, because you get so much great IP food plus your lean protein and veg. Judy is amazing! Just the right amount of support and care. Her great demeanor made me so comfortable. I am so very grateful for this program.

I have tried so many things to lose weight but can never stay on it long enough to see a difference. This place has been so great. The food is actually good and it's an easy to follow program. I've learned alot and have got some helpful tools to keep me going. I'm not done with my program yet but I've already lost 40 pounds and am extremely happy.
