First time here and it’s conveniently located!! So refreshing and attentive! Absolutely love the massage chairs. Staff is very friendly. I came here for some energy and ended up also getting add on injectable and in then boost! Totally worth giving a try. The experts can help you find what might be best for hyper health needs. I will be returning. Thank you Naomi and the rest of staff for the welcoming experience!!

Super nice and skilled nurses. I’m a neurologist with complications from a gastric sleeve surgery and it’s so much better to go here than the ER for IV fluids These nurses are the real deal. I never have any worries about sterile techniques and I’m a super hard stick. Comforting environment. I recommend prime IV to my migraine patients. Cost can be the same as an ER bill but much nicer! I did their migraine IV once and it worked great. MD recommended. Not that it means much. Heh

I’ve been to a few locations unfortunately this location has opportunity for growth in the ways they interact with customers. This location prompts for tips(Why? There is no personalization on the staffs part outside of expected job function) The “tip” is calculated on on the overall original pricing(example I came in for a promo of $275 value for $125, at checkout if I add 20% gratuity (20% of $125=$25, wrong…they calculated 20% of $275)😮This seemed deceitful & left me concerned for what else about my visit wasn’t transparent? As a consumer I want honesty especially in a health industry. I don’t tip my Dr or Nurse or the MA when I see them, I don’t expect to be prompted for a tip here. Second topic, a disgruntled customer came in and even after he left, I was forgotten about, my iv was finished & my blood was flowing back towards the bag. I called out, no one came. I rolled myself and iv out to the front. After getting unplugged & out to pay I’m prompted for a gratuity 😮. I do think Prime HQ needs to remove that option from its POS system. We have created a society of working people who believe they should be tipped for doing their job. The origin of gratuity should be revisited & considered in a business model.
