I went to the Berkshire clinic Fort Worth location on Saturday, April 19. I researched and prepared by drinking LOTS of water, did some Dry Brushing to activate my lymphatic system, and limited my carb intake the day before and leading up to my scheduled session I fasted. I showed up early. The lady at the front was very nice and got me started fairly quickly. I sat down with Jen and she explained the whole process in layman's terms. The clinic was easy to find, literally 3 mins from my apartment. The room I was in was very cozy and relaxing. The process itself was effotrless and painless. She measured me before and immediately after and we discovered I had lost a total of 4 inches! I left out of there hitching up my pants! I look forward to my next session. 😊 Thank you to Jen and the Berkshire Team!
