My health care professional, Shelby Clardy is excellent at her job and I felt like I was being looked after by someone who actually cared about me as a patient. I have been using the Baylor Scott & White health care factory for years. It's always such an aggravating process. Make an appointment a month in the future because that's the next available, then try to find your way through their ginormous facility, then see a doctor who could care less about you and just tries to shuffle you in and out as quickly as possible. It's a really unrewarding experience and there were many times where I felt like it was a total waste of time. Then I happened to try Total Mens and WOW, everything that sucked about BS&W is corrected here. The person who took my blood was excellent, to the point that it didn't hurt at all and healed so clean that you couldn't even see the prick mark a few hours later. Then there's Shelby. She comes in with my blood results, printed out to go over them with me. She discussed my experience with my prescriptions with me, and she was VERY professional. On top of that, there's a patient portal that Total Mens has that lets you email your doctor directly, and they get back to you quick! You can also, if you're impatient like me, see your blood results as soon as the doctor can, since it's in the same portal. I just copy and paste the results into ChatGPT and BAM I have my answers, then when I see the doctor I'm prepared to speak about them with her. It's actually exciting to go through this process too because it's fun to see how small changes in my life improve my health markers. I really like Total Mens and suggest anyone who's male to try it out if they find that their experience of being a number in a "health care" machine isn't up to their liking, and want to give a different provider a try.

Total Men’s clinic provide exceptional, consumer centric care. I have used at least 3 different locations in Central Texas area and I get same excellent experiences in all locations. They take time to assess you physically, mentally and psychologically. In my honest opinion they go above and beyond. If you need personalized and adequate attention from providers this is the place to go. Their offices are always clean and staff are always professional. I hope they come up with a similar larger hospital in the area to provide competitive and alternative care to patients than we currently have in Central Texas. Keep up the good work! JKC!

I was seeking a new medical experience, not the “I’ve got 10 minutes for you”. I found that here. The med tech and Shelby were thorough and listened. I am happy to say I found my new medical home!
