Dr. Augusta and the entirety of the team at JourneyLite was beyond superb!! I had surgery on 8/20/2025 and the surgery team gave the best care. Dr. Augusta put me at ease from the first day I met him and after surgery my mother was even more impressed. I will admit the easy part was surgery-I had a little discomfort with gas the day of and after, but since then it has been smooth sailing. I feel as if I didn’t have surgery at all. I am healing and feeling stronger each day. JourneyLite will forever will given as a recommendation from me if you are needing to change your life, be healthier, and lose weight all the while being supported by the excellent staff-from the receptionists to the doctors-on your journey to a better you!!!

I didn’t know what to expect getting this procedure but from the moment I walked into the surgery center everyone was so amazing. It was just something about the way they were treating me that made me so comfortable and from that moment I knew I was in good hands. I mean from Dr. Augusta he was amazing with explaining and making sure I was ok and day 1 was the only day I was in pain and needed pain medicine after I’ve been good no problems or concerns. I’m very impressed how much weight I lost so far thanks again to this amazing team who took care of me. So if you thinking about getting the surgery I’ll work recommend them .

Dr. Augusta and his team are amazing. I started my JourneyLite journey in March and Dr Augusta was so helpful at that first appointment.
