I am thrilled to share my experience with DR Picard In just 3 weeks, I lost 21 lbs, and I couldn't be happier. I’m so glad I found this place and my coach, Laura—she’s absolutely wonderful! Dr. Picard and my coach, Laura, have been fantastic to work with. I have lost 95 pounds in 10 months, currently. I am off most of my RX medications and have never felt better. The nutritional plan for me, has a great selection of foods with only a simple lifestyle change.
