I've had such an amazing experience with Lifestyle Medicine Group. I've been working with Kendra Becker on lowering my cholesterol and she's been phenomenal. She's been kind, informative, and attentive to details. My cholesterol has dropped almost 100 points in about 6 months. She's empowered me to make sustainable dietary changes. She always explains why the changes will be helpful. She's even given me recipes and a range of reading materials with dietary information. I highly recommend working with her!

Lifestyle Medicine Group is absolutely the only regimen and way of life to improve your overall health and well-being. There are many ‘diets’ that have ‘quick fixes’ for losing weight; however, they do not improve your overall internal body functions that are critical to your long-term health. Through CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Plan) you will learn how Whole Food/Plant Based nutrition can help you with your current health issues as well as how to prevent potential issues and diseases. My overall experience was incredible. Working with the staff, our teacher Kendra, Dr. Gobble, and Lynn’s recipes was absolutely outstanding. They have a superb level of knowledge, care and compassion. When I heard about CHIP I thought two and a half months with two meetings a week was going to be a lot of time. Then I realized… my health needs to be my highest priority. By the end of the program I did not want CHIP to end. The support from my peers in the class created a bond and will continue as we connect via CHIP 2.

Working with Kendra has been AMAZING. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was suggested by many sources to eat a certain diet. For weeks my numbers either didn't change or went up. It was so disheartening and it gave me a lot of anxiety about needing other medical interventions. But Kendra turned my whole prescribed diet around and not long after all my numbers were in the green. Now I'm back on track to have a natural childbirth with fewer interventions! So thankful for Kendra and can't recommend her enough!
