Dr. Taylor and her entire team are extraordinary! Their multifaceted approach of treating your health struggles from in-depth testing, explanations of results, supplements, lifestyle advice, etc. has always exceeded expectations. If something is not working or you are falling into old habits/have low energy, be honest and often they can reasses your supplements, lifestyle, etc. and make adjustments that better fulfill your needs. You will be quickly moving away from health struggles to health goals. Yes, there may be bumps or stall outs, especially in weight loss goals, but when you trust Dr. Taylor and her team, they will keep tailoring your care to achieve your health goals. Finally, yes there is both a time and financial investment in receiving functional medicine care, but the overall health benefits are immeasurable your spouse, family, & friends will all notice and often congratulate you!

Dr. Taylor practices concierge medical service. She charges $540 monthly. Hormone replacement procedure with additional fees. No one including the doctor took the time to inform me about this practices, her philosophy and scope of work, apparently these information were hidden in the new patient package. I confronted the receptionist and she disputed that I signed all the document and should have read about the monthly charges but I did not read line by line. She could have pointed out since this is not a common practice particularly with unexpected charges! The availability was poor! It took forever to get my first appointment because many days of the week, Dr. Taylor does telehealth appointment! The first visit was by cash about $1,800 which included one bottle of supplement and a Dutch dry urine test. My next appointment was for hormone placement but was rescheduled and also she needed the result of the Dutch test! No one has given me ANY INSTRUCTION about how to do the test which is a relatively complicated test! I had to call Dutch Test office to find out exactly how particularly about water consumption during the multiple urine tests! I do not know at all what her concierge service was all about and truth to be told, I do not need that level of care since I do not suffer chronic illness! I request to cancel my concierge services so I have to begin all over again for a hormone replacement doctor!

I went to Dr. Taylor while I was pregnant after my mom began going and loved it. My hopes were to balance my hormones as much as possible after birth to avoid postpartum anxiety/depression. Dr. Taylor has been growing in clients which is great for her however I feel like it’s made her so much less reliable. I’ve had three appointments that were messed up or just completely missed by Dr. Taylor and her front desk lady. Dr. Taylor never really did anything to balance my hormones other than prescribe me over $200 in supplements I can buy at the store for a fraction of the price. She also judged me for the way I chose to feed my baby and shamed me for struggling with breastfeeding. She questioned my parenting abilities when I saw her one month after giving birth and talked to me in such a condescending way. Being a first time mom, four weeks postpartum, and extremely hormonally unbalanced this was not what I needed to hear and it made me want to never come back but I did. Big mistake. I showed up to an appointment that the front desk lady forgot to schedule so I had to go back home and I was to expect a call from the doctor which I never got. Then I received a voicemail hours later and was unable to make another appointment because of the front desk lady’s incompetence. The services provided are not covered under insurance and are extremely expensive and in my opinion a waste of money. You have to pay hundreds of dollars monthly even when the doctor no shows her appointments, on top of these at home blood test kits that cost another $500-$600 which provided no information about my hormones at all. Please don’t be fooled by the good reviews and try to look for another functional medicine practice.
