I went to Rich regularly when I could be in the area after having seen quite a few massage therapists before him, and had repeat appointments with him. After being away for three years I'm glad to be back as often as I can, because he does such a good job. It's a secure office with a convenient location, but also a comfortable room, and Rich is amiable, listens to what you want to have worked on, and is well-qualified for what he's doing. It seems like he's always learning new things to grow his skills. I don't worry about whether or not I'm going to feel better after seeing him, because he just knows what to do. He does massage cupping (along with other methods) also which is even more beneficial. Once I started having it done, I understood why so many Olympic athletes were having it done. It's very effective in helping relieve muscle soreness, stiffness, and overall circulation.
