QC Kinetix (Cypress)

I would give zero stars if I Google allowed. We are currently in a financial dispute with QC Kinetix. My husband started seeing them because of a herniated disc in his back. He was in horrible pain. He's the primary breadwinner of our family and knew he needed to get back to work as soon as possible and that he couldn't wait the 5-6 months that treatment would have taken. He decide to stop AFTER THE VERY FIRST TREATMENT. He felt surgery would benefit him more and he would feel relief sooner. This was not an easy decision considering he wanted to stay away from surgery. Now, QC is trying to charge us $5,500! We have absolutely no problem paying for the first treatment that was administered but to charge us for the HALF of the TOTAL cost of 5 treatments!?! This is unethical and unlawful. We're trying to resolve the matter amicably but they are not cooperating in the slightest. I added a photo of the document that was given to us prior to treatment. The only treatment that was provided is highlighted in blue and they still want us to pay half!! That's insane. My husband is a disabled veteran who proudly served our country and this is how he's treated?!?! Ridiculous!!! 😡 It's obvious that they are taking advantage of us discontinuing treatment. When my husband first called the Huffmeister location about discontinuing treatment, he was told that we were being charged for a "kit" that was already ordered to be used on him. However, after speaking with the operations manager, we were told that we were being charged for two treatments administered to my husband. HE HAD ONE TREATMENT! Sounds very shady if you ask me. Please find treatment elsewhere unless you have thousands of dollars lying around that you don't need. We will be contacting the BBB and an attorney if this isn't resolved. I'll post an update later stating the outcome of our situation.

My shoulder pain wouldn't let me sleep at night. I tried acupuncture which relieved some pain temporarily. I also did shoulder cupping - not sure how much this helped but I did it along side of QC kinetics program. After each session, I would do the stretching on the rope pulley that was suggested by the doctor. Progressively the pain left and I would get more movement back. After the 4th shot I was relieved enough and strong enough to play golf which was my goal. I had an MRI done after that shot and was told I had a torn rotator cuff in my right arm and that it would required surgery. Since then I have had my last shot and decided to go back and try a few more to see if the tear can be fully healed by the shots. I recommend QC to everyone - This process has saved me time, money, and pain. Good luck to all.

We have heard about QC on the radio for years. My husband suffers from chronic joint pain in many areas of his body. I had heard insurance wouldn’t cover it so I feared the treatment to be astronomical. We finally decided to come in as he has had no resolution from the various treatments and didn’t want to go the surgical route. I am so glad we did. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and compassionate. They were realistic and didn’t try to oversell and they were not pushy at all. The price was reasonable and they offered payment plans. We got started on his plan before we left the office. Of course this is just the beginning and I can’t speak to the end result yet, but I will update once we are at the finish line. As of now I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and the staff!
