Comprehensive Primary Care - L Street

I came in for my physical exam as a new patient, and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service I received. The front desk team was outstanding Jeannette and Brian went above and beyond to help me get my pre-op note when the surgeon's office failed to fax it over. Despite the delay and frustration from the situation, they remained patient, professional, and attentive throughout. They made the process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I was able to complete my visit without issue. I truly appreciate their support and kindness. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and customer service!

I had a pleasant experience during my initial visit — Dr.Abbas was great and provided excellent care. However, the administrative process was very disappointing. It took nearly two weeks for my paperwork to be completed, and when I called to ask for its completion, I was told it was ready for pickup. When I arrived the next morning, it still wasn’t finished, and I ended up waiting longer in the office. Unfortunately, the front desk experience made it worse. Jeannette, was quite rude, snappy, and condescending, avoiding eye contact while speaking to me, despite her not being the person I was originally speaking to. She and the staff member assisting me began discussing my situation in Spanish in front of me, which felt extremely unprofessional. While I appreciate the quality of care from the provider team, Jeannette’s lack of professionalism really diminished the overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns.

I came here around 2 PM, my first time to this location. Pretty quiet, almost no wait for the bloodwork and I didn't need to make an appointment. All staff were friendly and helpful in a genuine way. They made it a very pleasant and quick experience. Over-all, the chain of Comprehensive Primary Care clinics is good, with metro-accessible locations. I'm so happy they are even closer and more convenient to me now.
