Dr Drains is very attentive, detailed and was able to pinpoint what was likely going on in my body just with my first quick discovery call. This assumption was later confirmed with lab testing and further assessment. A lot of holistic practices believe in taking 10-20 supplements daily, which isn’t good for the wallet. I appreciated that she has recommended minimal supplements and alternative lifestyle treatments to aid in my healing journey! I was feeling some improvement just within the first few weeks with some changes too!

Dr. Drains is incredible! After months of hormonal issues and nausea, I found Riverbirch Holistic Health through a google search and decided to make an appointment. It was so encouraging for Dr. Drains to listen (I mean really listen) to me about my difficulties/lifestyle and for her to develop a personal wellness plan for me. You will definitely not get a one size fits all approach to your health here! Even after just a few months of following Dr. Drains suggestions, my nausea has all but vanished, I have much more energy, and feel the best I've felt in years. I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Dr. Drains enough. I've always known the power of a naturopath but never brought myself to consult with one until I got a wicked staph infection on my lips. I spent over a year getting bounced from my family physician to a dermatologist and being given copious rounds of antibiotics anti-fungals that did next to nothing except destroy my gut and put a bandaid on a horrendous issue. I was poked, prodded, swabbed and tested but to no avail. I couldn't kiss my wife or daughters for over a year and this was, without exaggeration, the lowest point of my life. After almost giving up hope, I decided to give Dr. Drains a try and I am so glad that I did! She had the infection cleared up in just over a week and I haven't seen it since. Not only did she get this infection gone, she actually took the time to listen to me and has helped me optimize my life in many other ways. She felt like she had time for me and was ever attentive and responsive to my needs, helping me craft a plan that worked for me and my specific needs without the use of prescription drugs.
