Virtua Endocrinology - Moorestown

I’ve had two separate encounters at Virtua in Moorestown, and both times the experience at the information desk was very disappointing. The same staff member was not only rude but also seemed to lack the basic knowledge needed to properly assist visitors. What made the second visit even worse was that others around me also noticed and expressed the same frustrations about his behavior and lack of professionalism. It’s concerning that this continues to happen, especially in a hospital setting where people are often under stress and simply need clear, respectful guidance. The information desk is the first point of contact for patients and families, and it should be staffed by someone who is approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. This is an area that Virtua in Moorestown urgently needs to address.
