I have been going to The Nest for all of my prenatal acupuncture, and they are truly amazing. I specifically see Teresa, and she is absolutely wonderful. She always takes the time to do a thorough follow-up before each appointment, explains everything clearly, and brings such a calming energy to every session. Teresa has made such a difference in my pregnancy experience—I always leave feeling cared for, supported, and more relaxed. I can’t recommend her enough and would encourage anyone to go see her if you’re considering acupuncture. She’s truly the best!

I had my first acupuncture session with Teresa today! Wow, what an experience. The space is incredible, so thoughtfully designed, light and spacious with the charm of SFs older building, elevated yet grounded. Teresa made me feel so well cared for, heard and important, genuinely listening and asking questions to uncover what might really be going on, related to my fertility journey and well as other long standing, unresolved health issues. I left feeling calm, cared for and lucky to have found this acupuncturist.

Teresa is absolutely amazing! This was my first time having acupuncture done and she made the whole experience so wonderful. She has the most soothing voice and positive personality. She is so knowledgeable and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about her! The office space was very clean and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure I had an experience tailored to my needs and preferences. She made recommendations but was never pushy about anything. I wish I lived in San Francisco so I could see her on a regular basis! I am definitely hooked on acupuncture now and I just hope I can find someone as fabulous as Teresa in my home town. She has set the bar very high!
