I've been working with Shantal vigorously since May and she has made a remarkable change in my body and educated me on overall changes I need to make ( some I don't like but change takes sacrifices too) . I have been working with Shantel Since November of last year and she has already helped me so much! I have had a cough every morning for YEARS! I was thinking it was asthma or allergy related, and with her knowledge and expertise helped me realize it was dairy related. I have been dairy free since February and my cough is pretty much non existent. I would have never known this without her help! She is amazing!!
