I have learned so much about foods, labels and how my body reacts to foods. I have loved trying new foods and finding out I love them! There are different phases, but they walk you through them, answer all my questions and offer the best encouragement/support. I reached my goal and have been able to maintain the loss. 100% changed my relationship with food for the better!
