I first spoke to the gentleman from Brazil can't remember his name, he was very courteous and showed me stuff about my hair loss and the procedure. Samantha who did the procedure was very professional and friend. She let me felt comfortable and and at ease and she also explained the process to me. I'm supposed to return in 4 weeks.
