The menopause practice was founded by the physician who delivered my twin daughters and guided my wellness journey from my twenties through my sixties. Thanks to her sound medical judgment and thoughtful use of hormone replacement therapy, I have experienced none of the typical menopause symptoms and continue to have excellent bone density and screening results. When Dr. Hall retired, I didn’t believe anyone could truly fill her place. However, Lindsay Spudic has exceeded every expectation—with exceptional medical expertise, professionalism, and an innovative, solution-oriented approach. She is thoughtfully introducing new concepts that enhance an already trusted and well-established practice. The office staff remain professional, kind, and supportive, making every visit a genuinely positive experience. I am deeply grateful to the entire team.

I have been seeing Lindsey now since 2021. I am so grateful for her and her practice. I had a hysterectomy very early in life so have had to juggle hormones for many years. Most doctors just wanted to put me on a pill, not do labs and say I’m young still I don’t need much. Fast forward 20 years even as an athlete I lost bone density and have had to manage menopause symptoms since my 20s with no one taking me seriously until I found them. They spent hours w me the first visit and did in depth labs to find out everything and how my body metabolizes my hormones. From there we developed a good HRT plan with adjunct supplements and frequent labs to monitor and I have felt better than I’ve felt in years! The first time I’ve been taken seriously. I have routine labs, routine visits and trust them completely with my care. That is also coming from a nurse. Yes they are out of pocket, but trust me, spending $ for your overall health is much better than the $ I know I spend and you may be spending on Botox and fillers. That’s what this practice is. You are paying like you do at a Medspa except your overall health is being treated! It’s the most important place to spend your $. Also, most hormone docs are out of pocket. Lindsey is a one stop shop for your feminine needs! You won’t find a better practice!

I honestly can't sing enough praises for The Menopause Center of Northern Virginia! I've been a patient of this practice since moving to VA 4 years ago and they are amazing. I've had some unusual health issues and each time they've dealt with my issues by diving into the symptoms and getting to the bottom of the issue. They treat each patient individually, based on their needs. Their staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. As far a health care professionals, Lindsay, Meredith, Danielle, and Kayla are incredible! Their care and compassion are top notch and you can tell they love what they do because they are amazing health care professionals. From an office management perspective, Melissa is the absolute best; she's got the business operations running like clockwork.
