After a year of thinking they were bones, My Iliolumbar tendons are back into their true function... flexible & strong things that enable one to walk, hike, drive, garden... could not even lie flat on my back; Could not even sit for more than a few moments (spaced out) each day. What JoAnna knows, the AMA does not. One week after the injections & I am almost out of pain & I awoke this morning feeling taller & yeah! I remember this! How a body should feel & move. I am so very Happy! 70 years old & given a new lease on life. This one has Hiking & Travel in it. All the good stuff! The first real rain of the fall just started. I mowed my third of an acre by myself day before yesterday and although my lawnmower is powered, it is not one that you just sit on the seat & steer. I also 'swept' the whole dang thing with a $20 air blower gadget, dragging the cord behind me the entire way... also (historically) a challenge for the back. That was two days of hard work & today my back & my hips do not hurt!!! I am totally flabbergasted by this & I certainly wish I had found this gal years ago. I look forward to seeing her again to see what she may be able to do with the parts that she has not yet addressed. So glad I found Dr. Jo! My former naturopath ghosted me(??) so I had no choice but to search and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. She put me on a new protocol and not to boast but, I am looking and feeling my best. She is extremely personable, meeting her was like talking to an old friend and picking up where we left off 20 years ago. I have already recommended her to several friends. Her rate is extremely competitive and she is generous with her time. I only wish I found her sooner, but better late than never. I cannot not recommend her enough. Two thumbs up!

JoAnna I’s excellency at what she does and gave me my life back. Very respectful person needs to be acknowledged for these as well. These injections do work wonders Worth doing again for reals. She also spotted a cancers spot. Got that taken care of. Now it’s my shoulders and neck lower back injuries needing to be fixed with age less exercise wrong foods.
