I’ve been going to Dr Watt at Cenegenics for a year, and it has been a game changer for me. The evaluations and recommendations are very thorough and detailed. I put in the work. I do the recommended exercise and nutrition, as well as supplements and prescriptions, and it has improved my health. I’m stronger and have more energy and stamina. I sleep better. May be a coincidence, but I also haven’t so much as had a cold the entire time. If you can afford it, and you’re motivated, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Cenegenics is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in and Michelle greeted me, to the nutritionist to the Doctor everyone was so kind and helpful. I never thought I would find such helpful and amazing people who genuinely cared about my health and wanted to do the right things to help me, such as a diet plan and an exercise plan and extensive research about my own body. Other doctors just give you a pill but these doctors help you by finding what you need not just what the average person needs. I would recommend them to anyone who feels stuck or wants to feel better for the long term. Again absolutely amazing.

Because of my size and low weight, I always believed I was "healthy". This changed when I had a thorough evaluation with the team at Cenegenics Denver. The combination of lab work, scans, testing and consults revealed that was anything BUT healthy. I sat with a Nutrition and Exercise Counselor, who went above and beyond to review all aspects of what a realistic healthy lifestyle meant and what I would need to do to meet those goals. I then had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Watt who went through the results of my lab work and scans. He was both thorough and patient with me in explaining everything that I needed to understand to get my health back on track. I am optimistic about my future with Cenegenics and look forward to a long and healthy lifestyle that I can enjoy with my family and new grandchild on the way!
