I started my weight loss journey with Nuviva in March of 2025 after years of failed attempts on my own. After having my daughter I struggled loosing the baby weight and there was a lot of it to loose. I so far have lost about 45 pounds after doing 20 weeks of treatment and recently signed up for another 10 weeks. These ladies at Nuviva have been absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and are always available to answer questions even after hours. They have been flexible with my appointment times and always make sure I have what I need to be successful. They truly have been my biggest cheerleaders throughout this process. I have been going to this clinic since July 2022. have changed my life in such a positive way! At the beginning they taught me multiple ways of eating healthier by every two weeks completely changing my diet plan. During this process it completely transformed the way I think about food & eat daily. They work through the process with you & going through this process allows you to find the diet lifestyle that works best for you to maintain. I lost 32 lbs in the first year. I am 5’11 and weighed 178 at the time I started. It took 4 months before people started to notice the changes in my body I was looking for. I originally wanted to get to 150 lbs but once I had my diet & exercise routine going the additional weight just fell off. It took about a year to go from 178 to 140. Since then I am on their maintenance plan & I have remained at my ideal weight of 138-145. I’m am so happy with my health & diet these days! Nuviva has provided me with the tool’s & expertise to keep me healthy & motivates me to be my best! The best part is I have more energy & confidence than ever before. I’m 44 feeling 24…it’s fantastic!!

This place has really great energy! I LOVE Jayna! She is a wonderful coach and person to be around. She answers any questions you might have and reassures you of the progress you are making! The on-boarding was also a great experience, plus the times I spent with the doctor. They LISTEN to you here and are very knowledgeable. I have lost a healthy amount of weight, but the main thing here is that I FEEL GOOD. It's so important to be in the right head space and to feel confident enough to achieve your goals. I feel happy and myself again, just by following the rubric they placed for me. I could not be happier with my choice. Thank you!
