I did the 45 day plan. I did follow the diet plan, but admit I cheated a little. I lost 14 pounds and feel great! I decided to continue to lose even more weight. I did the Ph balance concentrated liquid and weight loss drops. The liquid isn't the best tasting, but Yvonne made some good suggestions for that. I am so happy I made the decision to do something about my weight. It is an all over body fat burner, not just in one area. I am down a dress size.
