Austin Clinic for Men

This business seems to have closed, and there was no notice to customers. Last week I went in for my weekly injection, like most of their customers, and they posted new office hours - 10 to 3 instead of 8 to 4. So I had to drive back home, and then returned later during business hours. Still closed. I asked their sister clinic across the hall, and the lady working there said she thought the office was closed for the week. Again, zero notice to customers. So I called, multiple times, and of course the mailbox is full and cannot accept messages. Another red flag. I tried contacting them through a sales lead form, and again no response. At this point, I'm pretty sure the business is shuttered.

This clinic ghosted me. I would say don’t call but they don’t answer their phone anyway. I never heard from them after my most recent round of bloodwork so I called many times, with no answer and a full voicemail. I finally just went in and discovered that they shut down to move offices without telling their patients. I left a note and they sent an email essentially saying, whoops we’re moving open again in a few weeks. Since then I’ve called countless times trying schedule care, with no answer or follow up. They’ve let my prescription lapse and can’t be bothered to call in a refill. Just truly unacceptable levels of bad (non) communication.
