Doctor Guy

Dr.Guy is very knowledgeable, is an excellent communicator, and customer service oriented. His treatment coordinators Lexi and Madison provide excellent guidance, care, and detail when coordinating visits or medications with pharmacy’s! I’ve had great success with cleansing, detoxing my body, semaglutide, and B12 injections. Recently, I’ve consulted him for Menopause treatment, and so far I’m extremely satisfied with my results. These are just some of the treatments he has helped me with and blessed to be treated by him! I definitely recommend Dr. Guy to everyone!

This practice has been nothing but unprofessional for the past 2 years that I’ve been introduced. The employees are robotic, unprofessional, and demeaning in every way possible. They have yet to ever contribute to doing their job. Every time I ask the simplest of questions, I’ve been given the run around and never called back or even responded back in a timely manner. They charge an arm and a leg for everything. They had the tendency to nickle and dime you for everything. They even impose a 3-4% charge for using credit cards. I’ve never heard of any establishment imposing that charge other customers or clients. You offer payment options as a convenience to people for your services. Staff is absolutely useless in accomplishing anything and huge revolving door here. At first I thought it’s the staff then I realized it’s the employer himself that is imposing all this as well as allowing his staff to be so inefficient. I can’t waste my time or money here any longer. Please spare yourselves the time and money and go elsewhere where you are treated with respect and you get what you pay for. Never returning again. You leave multiple messages for the doctor to contact you and he never responds. The staff hangs up on you as you’re still talking. It’s really sad how these practices get away with this type of behavior.

Dr. Guy and the entire team at Citrin Wellness are absolutely bern. I came to the practice seeking treatment for on-going gut issues, that had been (at best) poorly addressed through minimal testing only (i.e. a colonoscopy at age 30) ordered by a gastroenterologist, that resulted in absolutely no treatment plan despite results indicating levels of extremely high inflammation in my gut. Literally zero treatment plan was given to me other than telling me “you don’t have Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis”…so of course my slew of gut issues/ discomfort symptoms persisted. After years of discomfort followed by months of feeling completely hopeless and having zero idea how to help myself, I made the call to Citrin Wellness (referred by my partner) and had my initial session with Dr. Guy. Dr. Guy uses a holistic approach to treatment, beginning with a thorough assessment, and then the suggestion of various types of testing based upon your symptom presentation. I was never offered any of these types of tests through the many gastroenterology providers in the past. It was very scientifically clear that several of these tests (two of which were just blood tests alone!) would help the Dr. to get the clearest picture possible around what was going on. I was amazed that even prior to all test results coming back, that he was also able to provide me with some immediate instructions and supplements to soothe the gut while awaiting my results. The additions of the supplements and dietary adjustments were almost immediately helpful. It took about a month for tests to come back and he was able to develop a more comprehensive treatment plan that had me 75% better, the rest was up to me in my opinion, more in the realm of lifestyle changes- to change my diet to a more nutritious one! So I went ahead per his recommendation and schedule a session with Nutritionist Tihiana as I felt lost around how and what to eat to support my body. Tihiana is a superstar. I am seriously feeling 90% better at this point, mood wise I feel better than I have in years. My relationship with food has improved, and I see the value in investing in one’s health and the ripple and the incredible ripple effect it has on so many areas of one’s life. Thank you Dr.Guy, Tihiana, and to the FANTASTIC staff members such as treatment coordinators Lexi and Asa who were always available to answer questions, and express genuine empathy and kindness. I cannot thank this team enough and recommend seeking treatment with Dr. Guy. Despite likely nearing the end of my treatment and going into maintenance phase, I am happy to know Citrin Wellness is available if any issues arise related to gut troubles etc. !
